Max Deadlift Program

If you’re a Powerlifter or a Strongman with a Max Deadlift in your next competition, use this program to help you break through plateaus and hit a new PR. Years of training and coaching experience has gone into the design of this program and will produce results for anyone looking to put in the work.

Feel free to make some changes so that it is more personalized to you. What is listed can (and should) be added to whatever program you’re currently doing that is designed for the other events that you are currently training for. The exercises included in this program are specifically for the Max Log part of your training, and can be added to you other training.
