Max Log Press Program
This Log Program is designed to specifically prepare and peak you for a single max rep. Years of coaching and competing experience has gone into the creation of this program, and it is right here for you to access for free.
Feel free to make some changes so that it is more personalized to you. What is listed can (and should) be added to whatever program you’re currently doing that is designed for the other events that you are currently training for. The exercises included in this program are specifically for the Max Log part of your training, and can be added to you other training.
